Ingredients:
- Broccoli - 1 head - cut into florets
- Minced garlic - 2 cloves
- Chinese Laundry Dan Dan Sauce - 2~3 tbsp depending on how spicy you like it
Instructions:
- Bring a pot of water to boil, add a heaping teaspoon of salt (helps the broccoli stay green)
- Blanch broccoli florets in salted boiling water until cooked
- Remove blanched broccoli from water and place in a bowl, add Dan Dan Sauce and toss until broccoli florets and evenly coated
- Plate and garnish with minced garlic
